  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak holiday seasons. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s progress. You can also track your order on our website with your order number and the email you used when placing the order. All orders will also be stored and tracked on your Account page.

International Shipping

• We currently ship to a few select countries outside the U.S. 

• International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you note that you have incorrectly put in your address, please notify us within 24 hours of purchase.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@dealgods.net or send a message on the Contact Page within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

• We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, when applicable, send a replacement.
